It's another celebrity divorce , this time Christina Aguilera is parting company with her 5 year beau due to irreconcilable differences. Ms Aguilera commented that the couple's dedication to their child Max who is two years, old remained their number one priority. John Bratman is seeking joint custody of the child although a pre wedding agreement appears to block any claim to child support in the event of separation .


This quarter appears to have seen a marginal rise in the remortgage business and reported by FT Adviser although purchase instructions are down on the last quarter they are most definitely up some fourty percent on this time 2009. The remortgage market has been decidedly flat in recent times but this small rise does demonstrate that some business is being concluded. Some speculate that the rise in remortgaging is owners seeking to release cash to help their children get on the property ladder.
